Carnitas Lettuce Wraps
For dinner I had the carnitas lettuce wraps, and they were absolutely delicious! The tender, flavorful carnitas paired perfectly with the fresh pico, zesty salsa, and creamy guacamole, creating the perfect bite every time. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying dinner (something I was initially unsure about). I can't wait to come back!
Chopped Salad
This is my new favorite chopped salad. I dream of this salad and have to hold myself back from ordering it every day. The heart of palm adds the perfect touch to the light but flavorful dressing. All the ingredients come together perfectly for a delightful meal that is well balanced but leaves you full. 10/10 would recommend!
Chopped Salad
One of my favorite dishes is the chopped salad. I order it without cheese for it to be both gluten and dairy free, and I add salmon. It is to die for! All of my friends started ordering the same thing.

Thanks to KUSI and Fox 5 for the coupon. We tried several items on the menu. Latkes, carnitas lettuce wraps, chips and guacamole, meat lovers bowl, chef Mike's avo toast, breakfast relleno &eggs, And La Jolla s best bloody Mary. We tore it up and enjoyed every bite.

Had the Sweet Heat Brussels during happy hour and omg! Some of the best Brussels I've ever had. They were crispy, super flavorful, with just a perfect hint of spice. Will be ordering every time I come to Beaumonts!

The Southern Wedge was such a delicious and unique salad! Standouts about the dish were the homemade dressing that they worked into the wedge, the melt in your mouth fried chicken, and the peppers. For the first time in his life, my husband ordered a salad when we went back!

If any friends are visiting La Jolla, I insist they go to Beaumont's to have Coast Toast. It really is one of the best French Toast dishes I've ever eaten. Crispy and buttery outside, creamy and fluffy in the center, served with a delicious raspberry sauce to boot. La Jolla is known for its seals and surf, but to me no trip to the area is complete without this local delicacy.

This is the most delicious French toast I have ever eaten. The rich custardy inside and crispy outside make it truly magical. It's an experience not to be missed.
